做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
