做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
