做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
