做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
