做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
