做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
