做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
