做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
