做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
