做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
