做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
