做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
