做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
