做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
