做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
