做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
