做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
