做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
