做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
