做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
