做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
