做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
