做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
