做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
