做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
