做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
