做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
