做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
