做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
