做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
