做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
