做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
