做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
