做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
