做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
