做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
