做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
