做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
