做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
