做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
