做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
